Issue in delivering SMS messages

We are aware of an issue related to one of our SMS delivery partners "Twilio" in delivering the messages.

At the moment following is the impact.
1. Users who have SMS as the 2FA are unable to receive the two factor code.
2. Sending any SMS messages from the platform to the customers.

We deeply regret the inconvenience and are working with our partners to resolve this as soon as possible.

Maintenance

Database systems maintenance

Dear customer, our infrastructure team has identified degraded hardware related to our database servers. To minimise the further impact and ensure the platform stability, we have scheduled an emergency maintenance window between 2 AM - 4 AM AEDT on 16th March 2023.

During this window, the CareMonitor platform will be in maintenance mode, and access might be restricted. Please let us know if this will impact any of your operations.

CareMonitor is aware of an issue impacting the performance of the platform. We are investigating it on high priority.
